The concept
Tasting is a concept born from the friendship of two winegrowers, as different as they are complementary!
Edwige Philippe and Ludovic David have been friends for more than 30 years and are each at the head of their owne operation:
VSChampagne Roland Philippe in Châtillon sur Marne
And
Champagne Ludovic David in Villers sous Châtillon.
Edwige has always lived in Châtillon sur Marne and greatly cherishes her village which offers magnificent views of the valley and the vineyard.
By chance, Ludovic has a direct view of the village of Châtillon and the imposing statue of Pope Urban II from his farm in Villers!
By creating Le Tasting, Edwige and Ludovic want to introduce their cuvées, all as different as they are complementary, in a friendly and warm setting.
